Junior Jessica Weiser (Rochester/Greece Athena) had one goal and senior Amy DeBarbieri (Portville/Portville) had two assists for the Blue Devils (8-7-2, 4-5-1). Senior goalkeeper Brianna Falvey (Chittenango/Chittenango) made three saves to earn her fifth shutout of the season. Remus scored the first and the third goals of the game and move up to second place on the Fredonia State all-time points list. With one regular-season game to play (Oct. 30 at RIT), Remus is tied with Beth Mangino with 56 points. Jennifer Robinson is the all-time leader with 61 points. Weiser scored her team-leading ninth goal with 34:48 left in the game. She has 54 career points -- fourth on the all-time list. Junior Danielle Rawcliffe (Rochester/Irondequoit) earned an assist on the second goal by Remus, which came with 1:52 left in the game. REmus also scored the only goal of the first half in the 16th minute. The Bengals (6-10-1, 3-7-0) were outshot 15-8. Buffalo State freshman goalkeeper Jamie Abbott (Pulaski/Pulaski) made six saves. Also making their final home appearance for the Blue Devils were seniors Sarah Quattrone and Kristin Engel. Both women hail from Allegany, N.Y. and attended Allegany-Limestone Central School.
