Women's Tennis

Devils blanked by Geneseo

GENESEO, N.Y. -- Geneseo improved to 3-0 while Fredonia State fell to 1-3 after their women's tennis match Monday.

Sophomores Elise Daigler (North Tonawanda/North Tonawanda) and Sierra Summerville (Mexico/Mexico) won the most games among the Blue Devils. Daigler fell 6-3, 6-0 at third singles while Summerville was defeated 6-3, 6-1 at fourth singles. They were doubles partners and lost their match, 8-3.

The Blue Devils play their first home match Wednesday vs. Penn State Behrend beginning at 3:30 p.m. on the Steele Hall courts.
