Sacca wins twice in loss to Behrend

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Amy Sacca (Saratoga Springs) won her singles and doubles matches Wednesday in Fredonia State's 6-3 women's tennis loss to Penn State Behrend.

Sacca, a senior, defeated Erin Bliley 6-4, 6-1 in third singles competition. Teaming with junior Elise Daigler (North Tonawanda), Sacca was also a winner in third doubles, 8-3, over Behrend's Amy Brem and Elise Jones.

Fredonia State's other point came from the doubles team of junior Sierra Summerville (Mexico) and sophomore Mallory Long (Canandaigua), 8-2 winners over Swartz and Bliley of Behrend.

The Blue Devils (2-3) and Lions meet again Sept. 18 at Behrend.
