Women's Tennis

Zarzynski wins twice

ERIE, PA. -- Megan Zarzynski (Rochester/Irondequoit) won her singles match, and combined with Sarah Yates (Orchard Park/Orchard Park) to win in doubles at Penn State Behrend on Tuesday. However, Behrend would win take the team victory, winning 7-2.

Zarzynski, a sophomore, defeated Elise Jones 6-1, 6-0 in sixth singles competition. Zarzynski teamed with Yates, a senior, to win 8-5 in third doubles.

The Blue Devils (2-4) host Alfred on Thursday.
