Alfred tops Devils to stay unbeaten

ALFRED, N.Y. – Alfred University improved to 7-0 with an 8-1 victory Thursday over the Blue Devils.

Freshman Brittany Pagano (Silver Creek/Nequa Valley, Ill) was the lone winner for the Devils (1-6). She improved her record to 5-2 with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 victory in fourth singles.

The Blue Devils return to action Sept. 28 at home against St. John Fisher.
