Galvin best Blue Devil at Brockport

FREDONIA, N.Y. – Jennifer Galvin finished second in three throwing events Saturday at the first meet of the spring outdoor season.

Galvin's was the runnerup in the shot put (33' 8 1/2"), the discus (116' 9"), and the hammer throw (121' 9").

Rachel McNamara was a second-place finisher in the 400 meters (1:01.96), while Morgan Burrows was third in the 5,000 meters (19:15.89).

The Blue Devils return to action Saturday at the University of Rochester.
