CLEVELAND, Ohio – Junior Liz Schaller (Marilla/St. Mary's) won two individual events and was part of two winning relays Friday at the Case Western Reserve Invitational.

Schaller won the triple jump (34' 2") and the long jump (16' 2.50") and participated on the 4-by-400 meter and the 4-by-200 meter winning quartets.

Joining Schaller on the 4-by-400 team (4:20.63) were junior Sarah Hite (Avon/Geneseo), sophomore Stephanie Milks (Binghamton/Chenango Forks), and sophomore Rachel McNamara (Lakeview/Nardin).

The 4-by-200 team consisted of senior Sarah Chinnock (Rochester/Gates-Chili), Hite, Schaller, and Milks. Their winning time was 1:52.96.

In addition to her contribution in the relay, McNamara had two third-place finishes in individual running events. She turned the mile in 5:26.96, the fastest time this winter among SUNYAC women. She also lowered her 800-meter time to 2:26.09, third best in the conference.

Senior Krista Morse (Freedom/Pioneer) ran a season-best 9.17 seconds in the 55-meter hurdles.
