The roster of Pink the Rink honorees is made up of moms and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, aunts, uncles, colleagues, and retirees. And then there’s Jessa Webber, left. A GAME OF FIRSTS
Fredonia State senior goaltender Kyle Yelich made his first collegiate start Saturday his his teammates gave him all the support he needed in a 7-1 victory over Western New England College. Yelich stopped 27 of 28 shots he faced while Bryan Ross had a hat trick and two other Blue Devils scored their first collegiate goals. At right, freshman forward Mat Hehr leads his teammates up the ice during a rush and a shift change.
