Highlights:2007 XC... Finishes his collegiate running career with this season. Top finisher for the Blue Devils at the SUNYAC meet, in 27:19 and 26th place. Finished 4th at our home meet at Lake Erie State Park.
2006-2007 T&F...NCAA Qualifier in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:16 - good for #3 all-time at FSU. ECAC 3k Steeple Champion. In 2007 he successfully defended his outdoor SUNYAC title in the Steeplechase. 2nd place at the NYSCTC meet to the eventual NCAA Champion. Also won meets at the Univ. of Rochester, Slippery Rock and the University of Buffalo. Indoors, Andy was 6th at SUNYAC's in the mile at 4:27, while serving as Co-Captain.
2006 XC...Sat out the season with patella tendonitis.
2005-2006 T&F... Qualified for NCAAs in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:20. Won the NYSCTC Steeple title, and the SUNYAC Championship in the Steeple. Won the SRU Invitational in 9:37. Indoors, Andy was 3rd at SUNYAC's in the 3,000m in 8:47 and 4th in the mile in 4:27.
2005 XC... 6th overall at the SUNYAC Championship in his first season as a Blue Devil running a personal best time of 25:45. Earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet finishing 27th in 26:30.
J.C./High School...tranferred to Fredonia State from Erie Community College, where he was named Athlete of the Year after earning Second Team All American status in cross country and track ... won juco titles in the 3.000 and the 5,000 meters ... All Catholic champ in track and cross country and team MVP at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, N.Y.
