Highlights:2007 XC... Ran a personal best 8k of 29:15 at Buffalo State, and 29:24 at Geneseo, finishing 105th of 180. Finished 91st at the SUNYAC Championship in 30:10.
2006-2007 T&F... Spent a lot of the season on our 4 x 800m relay team. Ran a personal best in the 800m 2:06.71 at the RIT Indoor meet. Followed that up with another PR at Baldwin Wallace, running 2:04.50. Ran 2:05.67 outdoors at UB.
2006 XC... His best time of the season came at the NYSCTC Championship meet at St. Lawrence, running 29:28. Finished 75th at the SUNYAC Championship.
2005-2006 T&F... Focusing on teh 800m, ran 2:06.21 at Kent State and 2:06.98 at Baldwin Wallace. Placed 2nd at our home meet in 2:07.19. Ran a leg of our 4 x 800m relay at the SUNYAC Championship meet.
2005 XC... Ran a 30:18 8k at Hamilton. Finished 110th in the SUNYAC Championship.
High School...Received the Directors Key for track and cross country while at Hamburg (N.Y.) High School ... was team captain in XC and received the most improved award and the Owens Scholarship Award in track.
