Highlights:2007 XC... Cross Country Co-Captain. Placed 3rd overall at the Nazareth College Golden Flyer Invitational - helping the Blue Devils to their first team title in over 10 years. Ran a personal best 8k time of 26:28 at the 2007 Geneseo Invitational. First collegian at the FSU Open XC meet.
2006-2007 T&F...At the Wake Forest Invite, Tom ran a 5,000m personal best 15:33. Finished 14th in 15:57 at the NYSCTC outdoor meet. Indoors, Tom hit 4:31 in the Mile at Kent State. He was 11th at SUNYACs in the 5,000 meters at 16:00.
2006 XC...Placed 19th as a Freshman at the 2006 SUNYAC XC Championships. Ran his best time of the season at the Geneseo Invitational, running 26:49 and placing 27th out of 208 finishers.
High School...Finished 9th place in the NYSPHSAA Class 'A' race as a senior while competing at Queensbury (N.Y.) High School.
