Delta Mu Delta Motto The Greek letters in the Society's name stand for Dia Matheseos Dynamis (ΔΙΑ ΜΑΘΗΣΕΩΣ ΔΥΝΑΜΙΣ), signifying Delta Mu Delta's motto: Through Knowledge, Power - the power to manage creatively for social and economic good.
Lifetime Membership Becoming a member of Delta Mu Delta is an honor indicative of earnest, intelligent purpose and rewarding achievement. This should be the goal of every person pursuing a degree in business administration where Delta Mu Delta membership is possible. The standards of Delta Mu Delta are high. Although many may not gain the Key, they should remember that the hard work done will bring its own reward.

Lifetime Recognition for Outstanding Academic Achievement If you have received an invitation from the Delta Mu Delta chapter on your campus, then you have a proven track record of working hard to achieve top ranking among your peer business students. This is the highest international recognition your business students can earn and it is appropriate to include DMD membership on one's resume, to wear the Key and display your certificate and other regalia with pride.
Networking Opportunities The Delta Mu Delta exclusive online community, inCircle, provides peer-to-peer networking and job offers. Here you can create or join regional groups, business specialty groups, school or chapter groups, and even link to your Facebook account. Available to ALL members and only members, employers who wish to reach out to our pre-qualified members may choose to list their job opportunities here. Also, many campus chapters provide events for alumni members to meet together with corporate leaders for networking opportunities and to hear speakers discuss current business issues.
Scholarship Program Delta Mu Delta members that are currently enrolled in the business program at a school with a DMD chapter may be eligible to apply in the Society's annual scholarship awards program. Acknowledgment for Federal Employment Membership in Delta Mu Delta fulfills one of the requirements for entrance at the GS-7 level in numerous professional and technical positions within federal service.
Lifetime Contact through the newsletter The Society publishes The Vision twice yearly for distribution to the membership. The newsletter keeps the membership informed of the Society and chapter activities and current business issues. Visit the online issues of The Vision If hard copy is desired, it is possible to subscribe or donate for mailed copies.
Bloomberg Businessweek Subscription Our affiliation with Bloomberg Businessweek permits us to offer newly inducted members a one-year, non-deductible, subscription (50 issues valued at $5) as part of the membership fee. It's in printed form for U.S.& Canadian subscribers & in digital form if outside North America. Either version provides business analysis and insight not found elsewhere. Further, a discounted rate is offered to alumni members. DMD-BW subscription. Expect to receive the first issue approximately 4 weeks after your induction date or your order. Access to the BW website is included with a paid subscription.
SUNY Fredonia Delta Phi Chapter
Purpose The purpose of the chapter shall be to encourage higher scholarship and to recognize and reward scholastic achievement in business administration programs.
Membership The membership of the chapter shall consist of regular and honorary members. The Chapter shall elect to membership business students of good standing. Honorary membership should be awarded to persons of distinguished scholarship, business ability or leadership.
