1.   Several CS courses in G.C.P. [Parts ID(b) and IIA]

2.       Computer Science is an interdisciplinary field, intersecting with business, mathematics, philosophy, psychology, and the sciences

 

Means of Assessment:

 

A.   talking with current students

B.      Web page link to what former students are doing with their GIS experience at

Fredonia.

 

Outcomes:

 

a.   3 of 13 are in graduate programs

b.       GRE scores are very important in graduate school, not in much in experience with the

program.

c.   Those in graduate programs are successful

d.   9 of 13 have fall time Jobs in GIS all over the east coast and northeast.

e.   The need for GIS in WNY is very minimal.
