Survey of Current Graduate Students (Spring 1998)

 

Outcomes

 

* 11 % of graduates surveyed indicated that graduate courses at Fredonia were significantly different from undergraduate courses here

* 56% of those surveyed were returning to Fredonia for a Master's Degree

* 45% of graduates surveyed felt that there were sufficient course offerings in the fall, spring, and summer semesters

* Most graduates surveyed (90%) remarked that faculty were diverse in their points of view

* Half of the graduates surveyed (50%) indicated that they would take graduate classes in Hamburg or Jamestown

* Only 19% of those surveyed noted that they had sufficient information on the exit requirements of the graduate program

* Very few graduate students meet with their academic advisors
