When asked what she liked most about being a part of Hillel, Shailee said, "I like being with people who understand who I am and where I come from. I love working in a group with people who are all passionate and care a lot for promoting diversity and Jewish awareness on this campus. Hillel is a place where I can express myself and how I love the Jewish culture. I love Hillel because it gives me a sense of community."
