Dr. Liontas is the Program Coordinator for the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Program in the Department of Language, Learning, and Leadership.
Scholarly/Teaching Interests
- Dr. Liontas is interested in the areas of curriculum design and development, writing and reading, idiomaticity, technology-based language instruction, and the development of interactive games and game approaches. He is currently the co-editor of The Reading Matrix: An International Online Journal (http://www.readingmatrix.com/journal.html).
