Confidentiality of E-mail

Because e-mail is not a secure medium, confidentiality of e-mail cannot be guaranteed. Since there are limitations to ensuring client confidentiality through electronic communications, you wave your right to confidentiality with respect to any confidential information transmitted through e-mail.
