She often presents papers on typography and design education and her writings on design have been published by Icograda and Design Issues as well as in books by Steven Heller, Philip Meggs, and Elizabeth Resnick. She is presently researching and writing a book documenting Unimark International, a design firm influential for introducing European modernist ideas into American corporate communications. She received her Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the faculty at Fredonia, Conradi taught at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and she was an art director at Wm. C. Brown Company Publishers in Dubuque, Iowa.
