The Art Gallery hosts exhibitions showcasing professional artists who work in a variety of media and approaches. It also serves the in-house needs for the Department of Visual Arts and New Media with exhibitions of work by students and faculty. Graduating senior shows are held at the conclusion of each semester.
Artists interested in being considered for a gallery exhibition are invited to submit representative slides of their work and a current resume to:

The art gallery space is track lit and carpeted, offering 300 linear feet of gypsum walls 12 feet high. The space is protected by a motion detection alarm system when the gallery is closed. It is monitored during open public viewing hours.
The Art Gallery at Rockefeller Arts Center is the only unendowed art space on the SUNY Fredonia campus. We are currently seeking additional financial support as a way to supplement the current budget.
The gallery needs to secure additional funds for future programming and to make capital improvements to the space. All donations are considered tax-deductible charitable contributions. They can be given in a variety of ways: as endowments, program sponsorship, annual gifts, scholarships, and one-time gifts.
