Dr. Yunghans teaches courses in Cell Biology including: Biomembranes, Molecular Biology, Hormone Mechanisms, Cell regulation, Introduction to Biology, and Field Identification of Plants.

RESEARCH
Current research project involves insertion of kidney cell membrane protein into ultrathin polymer layers. Secondary projects include: identification and cloning of cytochrome p450 reductase from spearmint plants; microinjection of pGLO gene into fish eggs.
