Mark your calendars--make it a Sciences Alumni Homecoming!

Homecoming Weekend – September 28-30, 2012

Jewett Hall 50th Anniversary Celebration

and SUNY Fredonia Science Alumni Conference

Please R.S.V.P. for these events here.

In 1963, Jewett Hall opened its doors to begin a new era in science education. For the last 50 years, it has been the academic home for two thousand Biology department majors, and several hundred Chemistry, Physics, and Geosciences majors.

This is an exciting time for all of us as we reminisce and reflect on the days spent in Jewett Hall, and look forward to another new era of science education in the Science Center.

Concurrent with Homecoming Weekend and the Jewett Hall 50th Birthday celebration, the Science Alumni Conference will provide a forum to showcase the diverse and significant contributions to science made by the alumni of our Biology, Chemistry, Geoscience and Physics Departments. Alumni will be giving 20 minute talks in the newly renovated Williams Center, in selected rooms on the Second Floor.  Printed schedules will be available for your review in the Williams Center Lobby...visit the Homecoming information table for a copy!
