| This award was established by Dr. Elliott Schaffer, his wife Bernice, and his two daughters Deborah and Rachel Schaffer. Dr. Schaffer was a Professor Emeritus at Fredonia where he taught in the Communication Disorders and Sciences Department for some 18 years. |
