Statement

Dr. Russell is currently an associate professor at the State University of New York at Fredonia. Current projects include research on speech ventilation and respiratory kinematics in communicatively disordered patients and aged populations. Other projects include efficacy of voice therapy projects and transgender voice therapy protocols. Also, Dr. Russell performs Acoustic/Aerodynamic/ Kinematic evaluations of speech and singing in her Speech Production and Clinical Speech and Voice labs in W112 and E149 Thompson Hall. These labs are located in the Youngerman Center for Communication Disorders.
