EPISODE DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS:  The Communicators

 

EPISODE INITIATOR:  Answer the following questions about the person who started the episode:

 

1.  Who initiated the episode and what was the initiator’s purpose(s)? Goal(s)?

 

2.  Berlo indicates that the attributes of communicators influence communication.

What were the initiator’s? Characterize the initiator based on the attributes below [Tip: look for specific actions and messages in the story to determine and support your answers. Note: use underlined attributes below to label each answer]

·         Installment must be free of typographical errors and demonstrate appropriate grammar  (sentence structure, punctuation, etc.)

·        Label all sections and parts of the assignment—make it easy to follow.

·        Assignment must be typed using 12 point font and double spaced
