Term Project

Using the groups shown below, you will prepare an oral presentation (minimum 20 minutes, maximum 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions) and written report comparing and contrasting the media systems of two countries from two different continents. The written report should be more detailed and include maps, charts, references, etc. You must use a minimum of six sources – two from print, two from Internet, and two interpersonal. The oral report should present the highlights of the written report and include audio/visual enhancements. You may not use the U.S. or Canada or any country one of your members is from. Content should include, but not be limited to,

 
 - general information on countries
 - key factors
 - ownership
 - financing
 - content
 - regulation
 - external services

In order to assure a wide variety of countries represented, as soon as your group has selected it's countries, let me know.
