English degree students are assigned an advisor upon entering the program. To check
on advisors and office locations consult the list outside the English Department office

1. All students must have earned 120 credit hours to receive a Bachelor's degree in
2. English majors must have a minimum of 66 credit hours OUTSIDE their coursework
that counts toward the major. The 66 credit hours can be earned in a minor program,
in CCC coursework, etc.
3. Graduate students must complete 30 credit hours for the M.A. English or M.A.-English
7-12 degree at B or above. See the list outside the department office for the name
of your advisor.
