March 30 - April 5
English degree students are assigned an advisor upon entering the program. To look up advisors and office locations, consult the list outside the English Department office door.

1. All students must have earned 120 credit hours to receive a Bachelor's degree in New York.
2. English majors must have a minimum of 66 credit hours OUTSIDE their coursework that counts toward the major. The 66 credit hours can be earned in a minor program, in CCC coursework, etc.
3. Graduate students must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours for the M.A. English degree or M.A.-English 7-12 degree with a grade of B or above.
