Dam/age: A Film with Arundhati Roy, Aradhana Seth. The film explores Roy's role in activist causes in India opposing the effects of globalization, nationalism, and religious fundamentalism, especially in relation to the construction of big dams in the Narmada River Valley.

October 14:
For My Children, Michal Aviad. The film is Aviad's autobiographical exploration of what it means to live and raise children in Jerusalem today. Weaving together the narratives of three generations, the film is a poetic exploration of the effects of violence on one family's history.

October 21:
This Is Not Living, Alia Arasoughly. The film features the experiences of Palestinian women living in Ramallah during the most recent intifada.

November 11:
900 Women, Laleh Khadivi. Khadivi examines the living conditions in Louisiana's only correctional facility for women. The film focuses on interviews with a selection of women who represent a variety of life experiences.

December 2:
History Lessons, Barbara Hammer. This film concludes Hammer's trio on lesbian history. Nitrate Kisses and Tender Fictions represented non-traditional lesbian and gay relationships and Hammer's own autobiography respectively. In this film, Hammer returns to her trademark pastiche of archival footage and personal narrative to examine how lesbian histories are and are not recorded.
