Research

Currently, I am revising my manuscript entitled "Green Visions" which describes the social and intellectual underpinnings of enviromentalism during the 1960s, and situates the diverse spectrum of environmental politics within different American political traditions. I also am working on an article that compares different assessments of ecological damage during the Vietnam War, from the perspective of observers from three different cultures. My next research project will be a history of environmentalism since Earth Day, focusing on social activism.
