Jacob McMillen, a senior mathematics major at SUNY Fredonia, has been selected to join the Math Horizons Student Advisory Group. Math Horizons is a magazine published four times a year by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). It has nearly 20,000 readers per issue. The goal of Math Horizons is to produce a magazine that strives to introduce high school and college sudents to the world of mathematics outside the classroom. Articles range from high quality exposition of beautiful mathematics to lively articles about the culture of mathematics to fiction, folklore, humor, puzzles, and games.
