Applied Math - Physics Option

In addition to the Applied Mathematics Core, the Physics Option requires the following coursework:

• MATH 325 Numerical Analysis
• One additonal MATH or STAT course numbered 311 or above
• PHYS 230 and PHYS 232 University Physics I with Lab
• PHYS 231 and PHYS 233 University Physics II with Lab
• PHYS 234 Modern Physics
• One of the following two courses:
  PHYS 331 Theoretical Mechanics
  PHYS 333 Electricity and Magnetism
• PHYS 425 Mathematical Physics I
• PHYS 426 Mathematical Physics II
