In addition to the Applied Mathematics Core, the Statistics/Operations Research Option requires the following:
- STAT 355 Mathematical Statistics
- Two of the following three courses:
MATH 359 Probability Models in Operations Research
MATH 375 Deterministic Models in Operations Research
STAT 351 Applied Statistics - One additional MATH or STAT course numbered 311 or above
- A minor in a field that uses statistics
