Mathematical Sciences faculty offices are located on the second floor of the south wing of Fenton Hall. The offices surround a centrally located study area that the students have named the Fishbowl. The Fishbowl contains large tables, chairs, a blackboard, three personal computers, a printer and an assortment of books, magazines, informational brochures and memorabilia. This space serves as a gathering place for students for both academic and social pursuits. Its location near faculty offices provides ample opportunity for informal and formal gatherings of students and faculty. The Fishbowl is an ideal setting for the informal exchanges among students and faculty that have become an integral part of the Fredonia mathematics experience.
