(*) Mathematics majors are required to complete either CH 115 & CH 125
    or PH 230 & PH 232. PH 230 must be taken after completing MA 122.

    All students must complete the requirements of the College Core
    Curriculum. Consult the College Catalog for details.

    The equivalent of one year of college level study of a language other
    than English is required. If this language requirement has not been
    met by other means, electives must be used for this purpose.

    Adolescence Education majors must complete a Child Abuse Workshop
    prior to Student Teaching. CAW is usually bundled with an Education
    course.

    Adolescence Education majors should consult with the Office of Field
    Experiences for information on requirements imposed by the New York
    State Education Department.

    Secondary Education majors should consult with the department about
    screening requirements that must be completed prior to Student
    Teaching.
