Fredonia welcomes our newest engineering affiliate, Penn State Erie (Behrend College). Curriculms in Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineering are offered currently. They plan to offer Software Engineering beginning Fall 2001. As Erie is less than a one-hour drive from Fredonia, this may be an especially attractive option for students who wish to remain in the Chautauqua County area. In addition the following scholarships are being offered by Penn State Erie for Fredonia 3-2 transfers: For Fredonia GPA of 3.25-3.49, $2000 for non-PA residents and $1000 for PA residents. For Fredonia GPA 3.50-3.74, $4000/$1500 and for GPA >3.75, $6000/2000 are being offered for non-PA/PA residents respectively.
