Academic Procedures

When in doubt or confused about any procedure or policy ask questions of your advisor.

Advisors

Students declaring Theatre as a major are requested to see the chair of the department. At the beginning of the academic year, new students will be assigned an advisor from the faculty of the department. All theatre and musical theatre students assigned to the Department of Theatre and Dance are required to consult with their advisors during pre-registration about courses to be taken the following semester. They should also consult with their advisors before withdrawing from any course. Students wishing to change advisors should consult with the department chair.
