College Core Curriculum
The College Core Curriculum is the general education program followed by all students at Fredonia. Students must satisfactorily complete all categories of the CCC to be eligible for graduation. Please consult the Fredonia College Catalog for complete information concerning the CCC.
The components of the CCC are:

*Students completing a BA degree must complete 6 hours in a foreign language. Students completing a BFA degree must complete 3 hours in a foreign language. The requirement can be fulfilled by receiving a grade of 85 or higher on a NYS Regents B exam.
**Speaking Intensive classes are completed as part of the major requirements
***Can be fulfilled by completing a minor, a BFA degree, or studying abroad.
Transfer credit from another college, CLEP, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement credits can be applied to the completion of the CCC after a transcript audit by the Registrar's Office.
