The staff of the Educational Development Program (EDP) is delighted that you are considering Fredonia as your college of choice and are excited about the prospect of your becoming a part of the Fredonia family.

EDP, also known as the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) on other SUNY campuses, is an academic support services program. We are committed to assisting you in completing the application process in a timely manner since space in the entering class is limited. Our goal is to have a decision on your Fredonia admission mailed out to you as quickly as possible. EDP’s liaison in the Admissions Office may be reached at 716-673-3251 or 1-800-252-1212.

In order to continue the application process,

you MUST return the

 yellow postage paid card

to us within two weeks of receiving it.


Once the postcard is returned to Admissions, you will receive a letter from that office requesting additional information to complete your application. Please forward the items listed as soon as possible to SUNY Fredonia Admissions Office, Fenner House, 178 Central Avenue, Fredonia, NY 14063. EDP’s liaison in the Admissions Office may be reached at 716-673-3251 or 1-800-252-1212. EDP students receive academic, financial, career, and personal advising services
