LART 150-07: Computers and Technology: Fredonia and Beyond

Course Description: Computers and technology are a part of almost everything you encounter, both in and out of school. This course will enable you to navigate Fredonia's computer services, how to stay safe and secure online, how to manage your time and digital life, and how you can use campus resources to your benefit.

The course is divided into three areas of focus:
  1. SUNY Fredonia Electronic Services – What they are, how to access them, and tips for getting the most out of them.
  2. SUNY Fredonia In-Person Services – The class will take “field trips” to various areas on campus that provide important and useful services to enhance your academic career and beyond.
  3. Life Management – Various topics from time management to online safety will be covered.

    End Date: Monday, October 07, 2007
