RESULTS:--The average on the final was 89.33%, which I believe is a record high for any exam I have ever given! (It's also the first time students had three hours to complete the exam--maybe there's a connection....) The high was 166 and the low was 61.5.--Grades have been submitted. You should be able to check them on the UIUC web site around Dec. 31.
--The grade breakdown follows: 5 A+, 5 A, 4 A-, 4 B+, 5 B, 4 B-, 0 C+, 1 C, 0 C-, 2 D+, 1 D, 0 D-, 2 F, 2 AB.
NOTES:--The finals and Extra Credit #3 are graded. If you want to pick any of this stuff, just let me know and you can come by the office to get it. However, I will be gone from Dec. 21-Jan. 4. I have computed your overall percentages for the course. I will decide on the grades and email results to those of you who asked by 5pm today. If you want an email with this information, you have to let me know today (December 20).Homework assignments (reading)--There has been a change to the syllabus regarding the point value of exams in the Grading and Evaluation Section.
