- In the past, attendance at this conference has been required of the GIS 301 students.

- This is usually a 1-day spring conference held in mid-May. It takes place in different locations in New York State every year.
Middle States Division of the Association of American Geographers
- This is a 2-day fall conference, typically held in late October. It takes place in a different location in the Middle States Division, which includes, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, every year.
