Create general reference maps graphic

Create general reference maps: General reference map: This reference map of Cyprus uses the Global 30-Arc-Second (GTOPO30) digital elevation model (DEM) data available from the U.S. Geological Survey's website. This data was converted to grid format using ArcView GIS 3.2a with the ArcView Spatial Analyst extension. The country boundaries are from ESRIData. An article by Lt. K.P. Barto, USN in Arc User July-September 2000 pages 48-51 is gratefully acknowledged.
