<< Back to Home

Chautauqua County Bike To Work Week is May 19-23rd.

Help us replace 1000 car miles with bike miles in one week!

Biking to work is a great way to improve your fitness and save money, it's environmentally friendly, AND it's FUN!

New to bike commuting?  Get tips here!

Get your coworkers involved. We'll be recognizing the workplaces with the highest number and percent of participants, and with the most miles at the end of the week.

Don't work? Work from home?  You can still join the fun by biking to places you might otherwise drive.

Get Creative – win t-shirts!

The Jock Shop of Jamestown is sponsoring the bike commute t-shirt contest.  Submit a bike-themed logo or slogan to Jock Shop by Wednesday May 21.  The winning design will get up to 20 t-shirts printed with your design.  Winner will be announced May 23rdClick here for details

Win Prizes!

Every day that you log miles earns you one entry for our prize drawings!  We have a FOUR $50 cash prizes (to spend at your local bike shop), and some smaller prizes to give away, all by random drawing.

In addition, all SUNY Fredonia employees who register and log miles will be entered into a raffle to win a BIKE!
