Applying for Graduation
A student who expects to graduate at a given date must complete the Application for Degree form in the Registrar's Office no later than the third full week of classes of the final semester of attendance. Please check the academic calendar for specific graduation application deadlines.
There is no fee to apply for your degree.

Applying for Certification
For students seeking to obtain initial or extended certification, you must complete the Authorization to Release Information for Submission of Teacher Certification Recommendation form and submit it with your Application for Degree form. A copy of any teaching certification that you hold must also be submitted with these forms.
If you are unsure as to the title or type of certification that you intend to receive upon completion of your Master's Degree please contact your department for clarification.
