ADDITIONAL REMARKS:

This course was one taught simultaneously at three Pennsylvania (USA) colleges: Gettysburg, Franklin and Marshall, and Dickinson. They were linked by sharing a common listserv, by faculty exchanges, by "video visits," and by the collaborative construction of a web site named Thomas Hardy's World (see A 32 on the TTHA LINKS page for a description and evaluation of that site).
