If you are a faculty/staff member, you may use this form to request a new LISTSERV mail distribution list. Before completing this form, you should check to ensure that no existing list suits your needs.
NOTE: Submitting this request does not create your list automatically. A human Listserv administrator will review and create your list and will notify you when the list is ready. Allow 5 days turn around time before following up on your list request. If you have not received a notice after 5 days, you can contact the list administrator at List.Manager@fredonia.edu.
