Course Number/Name: INED 399- Russia History and Culture
Course Description: Students will travel to St. Petersburg, Russia for a three week learning experience. St. Petersburg is Russia's second largest city and is often described as the most Western European styled city of Russia. When not in class, students will have an opportunity to visit the many interesting sights that St. Petersburg has to offer. The Hermitage Museum includes the former imperial residence and a vast collection of art. There are many amazing palaces, among them are Peterhof, with its majestic fountain cascades and parks, and the famous baroque Catherine Palace. Students will have a chance to visit Moscow for a few days as well.
