These documents are used by the PMO to collect information, compare products and to analyze solutions: Project Review Template - this template is completed for each new technology proposal as well as significant enhancements to existing solutions. Risk and Issue Tracking - This template tracks identified risks and issues. As these issues are mitigated, the decisions are added to the Project Review Template for the associated project. Total Cost of Ownership -- This worksheet is helpful when a cost analysis is needed. Product Selection -- Use this worksheet to assist with comparing several products to find one that best meets the project criteria. NOTE: Due to the distinct nature of various technologies, these templates may be adjusted to the needs of a specific project. |
