• Academic Search Premier: Find information on almost any topic! Contains  the full text of over 4,450 magazines, journals and newspapers and indexing for many, many more. Coverage dates back to 1975 for many publications. A great starting point for research!
• Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center: Full-text articles on social issues.  Includes topic overviews, primary sources, statistics, photographs and podcasts.
• Lexis-Nexis Academic Universe: Primarily used for legal research, this source also covers news, financial, and medical information.

Reference

• Gale Virtual Reference Library: A database of encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research.
• Oxford Reference: includes over 175 titles language and subject reference works from the Oxford Companions and Oxford Dictionaries series, plus the Visual English Dictionary, the Oxford Dictionary of Quotations and the Encyclopedia of Mammals
