• BioOne: Contains citations and summaries of articles published in over 82 journals focusing on the biological, ecological and environmental sciences. Links to full text are sometimes available. 
• EBSCO Animals: Offers in-depth information on a variety of topics relating to animals. 
• General Science Collection: Provides information on all aspects of science.
• Elsevier ScienceDirect: Access the full text of over 700  titles in the sciences, social sciences and mathematics. 
• GreenFile: Covers all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more.
• JSTOR: Provides a comprehensive backfile of major scholarly journals in the Arts and Sciences, Business, Ecology & Botany, General Science, Language & Literature, and Music.  Journals are not current, most having a "moving wall" or "embargo" of three to five years, depending on publication.

• Oxford Reference: includes over 175 titles language and subject reference works from the Oxford Companions and Oxford Dictionaries series, plus the Visual English Dictionary, the Oxford Dictionary of Quotations and the Encyclopedia of Mammals
