  • MLA International Bibliography: Covers literature, language, linguistics, dramatic arts and the practice of teaching language. Articles, books, book chapters, and dissertation citations from 1920-present. 
  • Canadian Reference Centre:  Contains many references and full text articles in French. Combines Canadian magazines, newspapers, newswires and reference books to create the largest collection of regional full text content available to Canadian libraries. 
  • Latino Literature:  Brings together more than 100,000 pages pages of poetry, fiction, and over 450 plays written in English and Spanish by hundreds of Chicano, Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican, and other Latino authors working in the United States.
  • Lexis-Nexis Academic Universe: Covers news, financial, legal, and medical information.  Includes major world publications and a link to research countries. 
  • Literature Resource Center: Covers writers (novelists, poets, essayists, journalists and others) with in-depth material for the 2500 most studied authors.   Includes standard reference sources: Contemporary Authors; Dictionary of Literary Biography; Contemporary Literary Criticism (Select); and the Encyclopedia of Literature.
  • JSTOR: Provides a comprehensive backfile of major scholarly journals in the Arts and Sciences, Business, Ecology & Botany, General Science, Language & Literature, and Music.  Journals are not current, most having a "moving wall" or "embargo" of three to five years, depending on publication.
